This September, we’re pitting Australia against New Zealand for a not-to-be-missed dinner event of delicious food and beautiful wines as we explore some exciting bottles from regions within both countries so well known for their produce. On the menu, expect such dishes as Torched Cornish Mackerel, with Blackcurrant Leaf Kosho, Garum & Shiitake Puree paired with a 2021 Chardonnay, Tarraford Vineyard, Giant Steps, Yarra Valley, Victoria. Australia, and a 2021 Chardonnay, Bannockburn, Felton Road, Central Otago. New Zealand.
