Travel back to the Eternal City for one night only as Fin Boys channels the flavours of Rome – minus the empire, and the toga’s, plus a lot more flavour.

Expect the kind of dishes that built a civilisation: crisp supplì (Rome’s answer to arancini) stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, olives laced with pork, sage and anchovy; the silkiest cacio e pepe tangled through bucatini; and rich, slow-cooked coda alla vaccinara – oxtail braised with celery, onions and potatoes until it’s practically a religion.

We’re finishing on a sweet note with crostata ricotta con pere – a pear and ricotta tart worthy of the gods themselves.
