Expect some real underdogs, with each wine perfectly paired with some incredible seafood dishes, from Cornish Blue Fin Tuna Crudo- Fresh Red Chilli, Marjoram, Kelp & EVOO with a Falanghina 'Beneventano' 2023 Vesevo, Campania, to Wild Sea Bass, Flourish Farms Kale, Pink Fir Potatoes, Olives, Anchovies & Capers with a beautiful Calalenta Rosato 2023 Abruzzo.
