This month’s menu pairs devilled eggs and oyster mayo with sparkling Tasmanian blush, Portland crab with a Pinot Noir Rosé hailing from Essex, and takes you all the way to Rioja with a beautiful 2012 Gran Reserva rosado. Yes – rosé can do all that.
