A fabulous celebration to take us into December, hosted by Hal Wilson of Cambridge Wine Merchants. Six courses from the Fin Boys kitchen, each paired with a sparkling wine selected to show just how much there is to explore beyond a straightforward glass of fizz.

The evening moves from oyster velouté with Ferrari Blanc de Blanc through mussels, smoked eel, Chalk Stream trout and hake, before finishing with citrus tart and Piper-Heidsieck Demi-Sec. Six dishes, six wines and a great excuse to open a few bottles.
