Mexican stand off

Join us at Fin Boys for our Mexican Stand Off Wine Dinner on Monday 20 April – a lively Monday night supper club built around bold flavours, generous plates and carefully chosen drinks.

This is one of our select Monday events where the menu steps beyond fish alone, bringing meat and seafood together for a one-off evening. Expect dishes such as al pastor pork belly tacos, wild seabass ceviche with aqua chile, barbacoa lamb enchiladas and all the vibrant extras that make Mexican cooking so celebratory, finishing with a classic tres leches cake.

Alongside the food, the bar will be pouring a short list of Mexican-inspired cocktails, including margaritas, palomas and a few Fin Boys twists, available to enjoy throughout the evening.

Relaxed, flavour-led and a little different to our usual menus, this is a supper club designed for sharing, lingering and kicking off the week properly.
