Join us at Fin Boys for a special South African Wine Dinner on Wednesday 1 April, celebrating the depth, freshness and character of South Africa’s coastal wines alongside a seafood-led menu from the kitchen.
The evening brings together a carefully considered sequence of dishes – from sea bream crudo and chalk stream trout to hake with yellow curry and kombu cotta – each paired with wines from some of South Africa’s most exciting regions, including Bot River, Stellenbosch, Swartland, Hemel-en-Aarde and Paarl.
Expect vibrant flavours, thoughtful pairings and a relaxed, convivial evening built around great food and expressive wines, with each course designed to highlight the balance, freshness and versatility of modern South African winemaking.
