For August’s wine dinner, we’re heading into sea air and sun-warmed vineyards with a five-course menu inspired by the Tuscan coast and countryside. Expect line-caught sea bass, crab spaghetti, grilled monkfish and a fig leaf pannacotta – each paired with wines chosen to tell their own part of the story.
From crisp Vermentino from Bolgheri to Rosso di Montalcino and a final glass of Vin Santo, this is a menu built to travel through the region course by course.
