Our latest colab with Hal Wilson from Cambridge Wine Merchants is all about the coming together of some gorgeous red wines with spectacular fish for our next dinner night on Wednesday 4 October. On the menu, expect to be treated to a selection of beautiful dishes, paired perfectly with some of Hal's finest picks, including a Tuna Bresaola with Fennel Salad & EVOO matched with a New Zealand 2021 Ballasalla Pinot Noir, Folding Hill, Central Otago, also serving Monkfish ‘Char Siu’ with Beetroots & Carrots with a 2020 Ultreia, Saint Jacques, Bierzo, Raul Perez, Castilla Y Leon. Spain, plus more!
