With a flesh and bones approach, our latest wine night sees the Fin Boys take on a Surf & Turf, with dishes including a Sea Bream Crudo with Smoked Yoghurt, Chorizo Crumb and Marjoram paired with a 2022 ‘Ikigall’ Penedes Xarel-lo, Malvasia, Muscat, gallina de Piel, from Cataluna, and a comforting Hash Brown, Steak Tartare and Caviar with a 2020 Bandol Rose, Dom. de la Begude, from Provence, amongst many more!
Two days are available, Wednesday 1, and Thursday 2 November.
