Join us for a one-off Tuesday edition of our monthly wine nights – this time with a journey through South America’s vineyards and coastlines.
Expect bright, bold flavours across five courses, each paired with wines from Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay – from Método Tradicional fizz to crisp Sauvignons and delicate Torrontés. Dishes include lime-cured prawns in a green ceviche, Cornish sole with mint-kombu vinegar, and seared tuna with brown butter dashi.
