wild west wine dinner

Saddle up, we’re heading west – Margaret River, Pemberton, Mount Barker – for an evening of bold, coastal wines and a menu built to match.

Expect a line-up that moves from bright, mineral Riesling through to textured Chardonnay and late harvest Chenin, paired with a sequence of dishes that lean into smoke, depth and the sea. Roast squid broth with broad beans and seaweed, mackerel fried rice, and BBQ monkfish with green kosho and salted egg all feature, before a softer, fragrant finish of melon, shiso and fig leaf.

As ever with our wine dinners, it’s a relaxed, communal evening – a chance to try something a little different, hear the stories behind the bottles, and settle in for a long, generous supper.
