Join us on Wednesday 1 July for a Provence Wine Dinner celebrating the sun-soaked flavours of Southern France, with a five-course menu inspired by the coastlines, markets and long-table lunches of the region.
Expect chilled Charentais melon soup with swordfish, pissaladière with onion, anchovies and olives, scallops Provençal with aubergine, red pepper and thyme, and a rich bouillabaisse served with anchoïade croûtes, before finishing with nougat glacé and raspberries.
Alongside the menu, we’ll be pouring a selection of wines chosen to complement each course, plus a Provence Cooler cocktail to start the evening.
