Black & Blue at Fin Boys. A menu exploring where fish and meat start to blur.

Across five courses, tuna and beef appear side by side in different forms – raw, grilled, rich and delicate – each chosen to show how closely these worlds can sit together when handled with care.

Expect otoro, tartare, tuna collar, short rib and a few combinations that make more sense on the plate than they do on paper.
