California wine goes far beyond Napa and Sonoma. For this special dinner, hosted by Hal Wilson of Cambridge Wine Merchants, we’re heading off the well-trodden path to explore some of the state’s most exciting wine regions, from Santa Barbara County and the Central Coast to Paso Robles and the Santa Rita Hills.

Five courses from the Fin Boys kitchen will be paired with five Californian wines, with a menu moving from dry-aged raw bass and Portland crab through to smoked eel and baked Cornish pollock. A night for discovering another side of California, one glass at a time.
